Family holidays in Saalbach

A holiday on the farm is ideal for the entire family. Your family hotel Eggerhof offers your kids space to play and to run around on an area of approx. 10,000 m². Cows, calves, rabbits, goats, horses and mini-pigs are looking forward to visits from your children. Your kids may also help us with work in and around the stables. From Sunday to Friday, we welcome your children for our entertainment programme from 2 to 6 pm and after dinner from 8 to 10 pm. Depending on the weather, we either head into the playroom or outside for swimming, riding and archery. Explore the region together on stroller-friendly hiking trails and discover the many exciting activities for children aged 3-6, 7-10, and for teens aged 11-15.

Hiking through the region

Your farm hotel Eggerhof is the ideal starting point for hikes across Saalbach. More than 400 km of perfectly marked hiking trails stretch across the region of Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang and through various surrounding villages. Enjoy unhurried walks or demanding mountain hikes, find the perfect route to the most beautiful observation decks of the surrounding area, or bank on the knowledge of a local hiking guide leading you to the most attractive spots of the hiking region. Once a week we accompany you on easy, relaxed family hikes with amazing highlights for all ages.

Through Saalbach on the mountain bike

The ample hiking trails are complemented by charming, somewhat demanding mountain bike trails. One trail leads directly past the Eggerhof allowing you direct access to all the mountain bike fun in Saalbach. We have a special, locked room for you to store your bike and your equipment.
